Crop progress. It is hard to believe that a few months ago this was a horse pasture.

One of the happiest flowers in the garden.
Celosia seedlings
We are drying calendula. Aside from its brilliant orange colour and tangerine aroma, this plant is edible with the petals often used to garnish salads and soups. It is also commonly used to assist with skin ailments and wound repair by being made into salves and creams since it is toted as having cell repair, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
